Returns Policy

We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. To ensure this, we offer an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee where you can return any unopened item within 30 days of the date of your receipt of your order.

If you are ever unhappy with the item you have purchased then please contact us. it is our main priority to resolve any issues and ensure you have a happy shopping experience. (enquiries@bluebell-retail.com)

When returning your item please package up securely and include details of your transaction, and whether a replacement or refund is required.

If you are returning a faulty item please include a description of the fault

Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post office when you send it. Proof of Postage does not cost anything however without it we may not be able to process your return which may result in the item being returned to you.

You will be contacted via email once your return has been processed.

Please note we do not offer a free returns service.
